Easy late afternoon run from home, up the neighborhood gulch and around the Elk Meadow loop and back home via the roads. Easy run. Interesting conversation with a mountain biker I passed on the ups and who caught me on the downs. She marveled at my blazing speed, saying "I haven't seen anyone running a pace like that." I looked down at my watch (which was quite a feat given my speed)...a whopping 7:46 at the time. Some people, thankfully, are easily impressed.
